1)Workshop/Class enrolments are co-ordinated
by the Workshop Registrar only and should not be directed through other
committee members. Email: admin@embroiderersguildwa.org.au.
2)The enrolment procedure is as follows:-
a.Send a completed enrolment form with a non-refundable $20 deposit
(by cheque, money order or credit card details, no cash please), and
a business sized stamped self-addressed envelope to:
b.BALANCE OF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO CLASS COMMENCEMENT.
NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT.
Upon full payment, a receipt and requirements list will be sent to
you. When sending balance of payment, please enclose a note with your
name, the workshop and the amount.
c.Alternatively, full payment may be made with initial enrolment.
If you are unable to participate in the class, please contact the
Workshop Registrar.
Kit fees (where applicable) need to be paid in cash on the first day
to the hostess/tutor
Occasionally, information contained in this leaflet may need to be
